"I was not a new patient, had gone thru a couple of six week sessions to address stiffness due to degenerative arthritis of the spine. These sessions were to try and strengthen my knees and hips and hamstrings prior to knee replacement surgery in January. Then I will start post operative physical therapy three days after the surgery. The staff - as always - was knowledgeable, professional and personable. This isnt a situation where the knee was going to get better. It was all about strengthening the leg to make it stronger and create a base where the post surgery physical therapy will be more productive. And we accomplished that plus some."

"Berryville PT & Wellness has been an incredible help to me when others including Doctors have failed to help. At one point my back was so bad I was hunched over and couldn't walk without pain. In just one visit. The severity of my pain was tremendously decreased. They were able to adjust my back/hips to alleviate most of the pain. I continued with treatment and they also helped me build back the muscles in order to prevent further injury. Every person in this practice is very professional, sweet and accommodating. They have fabulous tools and are very versed in helping w pain management and gaining normal function. I highly recommend them for your Physical Therapy needs. They are my absolute favorite! I don't bother seeing anyone else!!!"

"I was referred by my PCP for some rehabilitation after leg and knee injuries. From my first phone call BPT presented as professional, competent, and caring. I was assigned a therapist at my intake session. I was given a very thorough examination to establish baseline mobility and goals to achieve. I was given insights and explanations at each step and activity. The height adjustment of my walking cane was correct and I was given coaching in better use of the cane. I was given a detailed plan for exercises to be done between clinic visits. The therapist stepped me through each one. The personal step through and the clear written instructions, with graphics, made my home plan easy to set up. Highly recommend."

"One-on-one therapy and instruction. Warm and friendly place and especially staff. There are several PT places closer to me, but I'm glad I made the trips to Berryville. First of all, none of the nearer places responded to me, and second of all, now that I'm done with my insurance-approved visits, I feel a whole lot better, and I have so much more knowledge and confidence in managing my low back and hip pain than I had before, even after seeing a nurse practitioner with similar pain."

I feel privileged that I was so well cared for, and had such a great bond with both woman. I experienced a very serious car accident in January, I was hit from behind and had, and still have back and hip issues. On a side note, I hope they miss the crazy comic relief I brought. You have to laugh with the pain.."

Each time I've worked with a different therapist and each time they have been very attentive to what the problem is and discuss what they think will help me. They have always given me a paper copy of the excercises they want me to do between visits and have been great on explaining each and every one, along with writing down very clear instructions as to how to do them, and how often. They ask questions at the beginning of each visit regarding the progress I'm having, or any issues I've had since the last visit. I have gone to a lot of different physical therapy facilities over the years and since my first visit to his one I do not want to even try another place - and I would highly recommend them to anyone who might ask me if I know of a good physical therapy location."

"From my first interaction over the phone, I could tell this place was great on customer service. They called me back when an earlier appointment opened up (due to someone's cancellation). Everyone I've worked with is excellent from the ladies at the front desk to the people you work with. I wasn't always able to get the same therapist - but each one took time to read my chart before my appt and the switches were seamless. The location is smaller than other PT places I've used over the years, but it is big on what you need. I've made huge progress in a short amount of time and I highly recommend them."

“After I was involved in an auto accident, I originally went to Berryville Physical Therapy & Wellness because of their convenient location which was close to our home. From the first moment I walked in, I was amazed at the professional and warm attitude of everyone who worked there! My therapy sessions lasted several months with both Christina and Vicki and in every session I could really feel the compassion that they had for the pain I was feeling. They created a schedule for me between the two therapists to ensure that my sessions were tailored to my personal needs. They provided me with a set of exercises to continue in between sessions and for ongoing pain prevention. “They are wonderful, I have improved so much!”

It’s been just over two years since I came to Berryville Physical Therapy and Wellness after my surgery. My goal was to run a marathon, but when I started I couldn’t run for a minute at a time. When I finished my Physical Therapy you had given me the tools that I needed to press on towards my goals in running. Since then I have completed a 5K, 8K, 2-10K’s, 2-14K’s, 2-Half Marathons, and just last month my wife and I completed our first full marathon! I wanted to thank you for your help on getting me on the road to running and for your encouragement during that time. The added benefit that I couldn’t even imagine at the time is the affect on my marriage. Charity started running with me to help her get in shape and to encourage me in my running. This is a women who has never run before in her life and so far she has finished the 5K, 8K, 1-10K, 2-14K’s, a half marathon and the full marathon right alongside of me. Our team name for the past two years running “Virginia Is For Lovers 14K” has been ‘Running 2gether’ and that is what we have been doing and having a blast doing it. So not only did you help me get back to running, but you had a part in getting Charity out there as well. Thank you so much.
