Myofascial Therapy

Myofascial release therapy targets areas of the fascia that are restricted after a careful evaluation measures the loss of motion and symmetry on the body to determine where this technique is needed. The goal of myofascial therapy is to stretch and loosen the fascia so it and connected structures can move freely and full motion is restore.

Myofascial release therapy can help other forms of therapy be more effective; can improve skeletal and muscular alignment before or after surgery, and help athletes gain proper alignment before competition.
