Shoulder Pain & Frozen Shoulder

Shoulder pain complicates everyday life. It may come from the shoulder joint, or from any of the surrounding muscles, ligaments or tendons. The pain can keep you awake and keep you from doing the things you want to do. Sometimes people are diagnosed with a “Frozen Shoulder” which causes pain and stiffness.
