Our practice is set apart
Berryville Physical Therapy and Wellness is a therapist owned and locally operated practice with a mission to serve the needs of Clarke and its surrounding counties. Established in 2008 by partners Leslie Williams and Sara Davis, BPTW has grown to include a full team of dedicated and highly skilled therapists. We treat a wide variety of orthopedic and sports medicine needs with the highest level of patient care. Our therapists are committed to staying abreast of the most advanced, evidence-based practice through ongoing continuing education. We believe strongly in wellness and injury prevention and stay active in the local community fostering relationships to help educate in these areas. It is this combination of clinical expertise, genuine caring and a strong community reputation that sets Berryville Physical Therapy Wellness apart and makes us the rehabilitation choice for physicians and patients alike.

“NO SHOW/ LATE CANCELLATION” POLICIES
At Berryville PT and Wellness, we value customer loyalty and therefore do not currently have “No Show” fees.
We see your appointment as an agreement between you and your therapist. We encourage you to attend appointments because we know that those who benefit from therapy are those who attend their appointments.
Missed appointments affect 3 people.
1 – YOU! We can’t help you if you can’t come.
2 – The Therapist. We do not overbook; your therapist has set aside time to be present for your appointment.
3 – Another Patient who needs care but was not able to obtain an appointment.
***We respectfully ask for 24 hours’ notice if you expect you will not be able to attend your appointment. ***
If there are 2 or MORE “NO SHOW” or “LATE CX” APPTS you may be moved to a “CALL-IN LIST” within your PLAN OF CARE instead of ACTIVE SCHEDULING.
