LSVT BIG© treatment is delivered by a physical therapist specifically trained in the methods used. The protocol is developed to address the unique movement impairments of people with Parkinson's disease. The protocol is intensive and complex with many repetitions of core movements that are used in daily living. This type of care is required to optimize learning and carryover for everyday life.
